Dave has almost two decades of experience in the real estate field. After gaining a B.A. in Psychology, he went on to help employees of international companies learn English in San Jose, Costa Rica. Dave went on to own and operate Results Enterprises, which focuses on real estate education, training, and consulting. This company provides a system for real estate investors who are looking to raise their private capital for their deals by attracting financial partners without having to rely on networking or cold-calling.
Dave has been working on real estate investing and teaching others about what they can do to help find their financial freedom throughout the years since starting Results Enterprises. He has a passion helping families get into the homes they deserve even after the banks tell them no. He has worked alongside Darren Weeks and the Fast Track group to publish a monthly newsletter and audio CD that was delivered to their members as part of the Inner Circle.
